1. Plan well in advance to get early bird discounts. 3 to 6 months prior is good time as you have good amount of hotel choices with best deals.
2. Book only with registered local Travel company. Do not book online only because getting cheapest deal as cheapest isn’t always the Best. Most important, after sales service is missing or compromised on Online portals as you do not have a dedicated representative to contact with for your after sales service or on tour problem.
3. Make sure you are giving sufficient time at each location / cities ( 2 Nights suggested ) and not doing touch n go schedule. This way you can explore the place without hassle.
4. Make sure your Tour itinerary is balanced with sightseeing as well as free time for yourself.
5. Trust your instincts. Avoid roaming around during odd hrs. If you feel unsafe at any location then quickly move to your hotel or a safer place.
6. Always carry passport photocopy with you during your tour sightseeing.
7. Leave your Tour schedule and hotel numbers with your family or friends.
8. Do not forget to take a Travel Insurance with suitable coverage for your Holiday. This will safe guard you in worst cases & gives you piece of mind.
9. Always carry local sim card to keep in touch with your dear ones 24 x 7.
